Recently, the "Notice on Announcing the Results of the 2023 Credit evalsuation Ratings for Real Estate Development Enterprises" (China Real Estate Association [2023] No. 208) was issued by the China Real Estate Association. Henda Group has been rated as a credit rating AAA real estate development enterprise again, following its recognition in 2020.
The "Credit evalsuation Management Measures for Real Estate Development Enterprises" of the China Real Estate Association was adopted for this evalsuation. Following the principles of "openness, fairness, and justice", the process involved self-application by the enterprises, evalsuation by a third-party authoritative credit evalsuation agency, feedback from the enterprises, review by the Credit Construction Expert Committee, and final approval by the Management Committee. The assessment rigorously examined the credit records, financial strength, asset quality, and economic benefits of the participating enterprises. The final results represent an authoritative recognition of the credibility of real estate development enterprises, with the AAA rating being the highest level of credit evalsuation for real estate development enterprises.
